Customer is to inspect pieces upon delivery, and if piece is damaged or not as described it can be returned with the driver for repair or refund. If customer decides to return a piece after the shipper leaves, the customer is responsible for for any return shipping costs.
You May return any product within 30 days of receipt of Delivery for a full refund of purchase price EXCLUDING any shipping fees. Customer is responsible to to pay for any return shipping fees and is required to insure item for the full purchase price. Should this situation ever arise, we advise letting us arrange to have the piece picked up by our shipper. Once we receive item back and confirm it was delivered back to us in the condition it was sent, we will issue refund.
