Payments

We use PayPal as our Credit Card Processor, so even if you do not have a PayPal account you can still use any major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and  Discover.  When it is time to enter payment information for a purchase on our website, you are first taken to PayPal’s secure site. We do not see, nor do we have any access to any of the information you enter.

If you Prefer to mail us a check that is also fine. Please email or call if you want to use this option.

Receiving Furniture

Customer is to inspect pieces upon delivery, and if piece is damaged or not as described it can be returned with the driver for repair or full refund, including shipping costs. If customer decides to return a piece after the shipper leaves, the customer is responsible for for any return shipping costs.

Return Policy

You May return any product within 30 days of receipt of Delivery for a full refund of purchase price EXCLUDING any shipping fees (see info above for exceptions). Customer is responsible to to pay for any return shipping fees and is required to insure item for the full purchase price. Should this situation ever arise, we advise letting us arrange to have the piece picked up by our shipper. Once we receive item back and confirm it was delivered back to us in the condition it was sent, we will issue refund.

Privacy Policies

1. You may visit our site anonymously, but if you wish to create an account or sign up for a news letter, you will be asked for you email address, Name, billing address and phone number. In addition, if you wish to place an order on our website, you will submit necessary credit card information on PayPal’s secure server. No credit card information is entered or stored on our site.

2. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any personally identifiable information to outside parties .
This does not include third parties who agree to keep any information collected confidential, who assist us in operating and conducting our business through our website or servicing you.

3. We use the email address you provide to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you may receive occasional emails about AsianCountryAntiques.com news, new product information, special sales or offers, etc.  All emails sent through our mailing list have opt out options if you choose to have your name removed from the mailing list.
