In this category we offer all of our antique Chinese Beds. This can be a piece as simple as a daybed or as fancy as a wedding bed. The Antique Chinese wedding beds are sometimes referred to as a canopy bed. These beds are more like a small enclosed room on a raised platform. The style of these antique  beds can vary greatly, with the most ornate having extensive detailed carvings. The variations in these beds are due to the regions they were made, as well as a symbol of the status of the owner.

When available we also offer some of the carved sections from the antique Chinese wedding beds. Since may of these beds have not survived intact, these detailed carvings can function as decorative pieces.
